Terms of Use

The Beepiip app, website, and related services connect customers with local merchants and independent couriers so that food, groceries, and other goods can be ordered and delivered. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Beepiip app, website, and services, separately from our Terms of Sale, which set out the conditions that apply to each purchase.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Beepiip app, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any policy referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and your continued use of the services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Effective 17 July 2026.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Beepiip account and to place orders through the services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not misuse the services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the services.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the services, engaging in fraud such as placing fraudulent orders or misusing promotions, and harassing, threatening, or otherwise harming other customers, couriers, or merchants.

The services let you browse menus and catalogues, place orders with participating merchants, and arrange delivery by an independent courier. Beepiip operates the technology platform and the delivery service that connects customers, merchants, and couriers.

When you place an order, the contract for the sale of the goods is formed directly between you and the merchant; Beepiip acts as an intermediary that facilitates the order, payment, and delivery. The conditions specific to your purchase — including pricing, payment, cancellation, and refunds — are set out in our Terms of Sale, which you also accept when you place an order.

The services may allow you to submit ratings, reviews, photos, or other content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, which must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading, defamatory, or infringing of any third party's rights.

Beepiip may review, moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms of Use or that we otherwise consider inappropriate, without notice. By submitting content, you grant Beepiip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating and promoting the services.

The Beepiip name, logo, app, website, and their content — including text, graphics, and software — are the property of Beepiip or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the services as intended.

The services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as mapping and payment providers. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Beepiip is not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created a risk to Beepiip, other users, couriers, or merchants.

You may stop using the services at any time. If you wish to close your account and have your personal data deleted, you can do so at any time through the process described on our Account Deletion page.

The services are provided as is and as available. While we take reasonable care in operating them, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may suspend, restrict, or modify the services, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beepiip's liability arising out of or relating to your use of the services is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of France and Morocco, according to your country of residence and the place where the services are provided.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us so that we can seek an amicable resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
